How old do I have to be to attend Mana Music Fest?
All ages are welcome to attend Mana Music Fest.
What are the hours for the event?
4:00pm – Doors Open
5:00pm – 10:00pm: Live Music
What am I allowed to bring inside the event?
You are allowed to bring in mats and towels to use to sit on some vacant areas.
What am I NOT allowed to bring inside the event?
No chairs, no outside food and drink, no coolers, no professional photography without permission (email us at info@themanamusicfest.com for permission prior to the event). NO SMOKING AND VAPING at all. Entrants will be searched , and smoking or vaping devices will have to be discarded, or left outside of the venue. There will only be smoking in a designated smoking area outside of the event. There is NO re-entry for this event.
Where is parking for the event?
We highly recommend everyone to have a designated driver or catch a taxi/Uber/Lyft. For parking, there will be $15 self parking available at Bishop Museum & Kapalama Elementary.
Are there any Uber discount codes for the event?
Sorry we don’t have any Uber discount codes for this event
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed
What is the cancellation policy of this event?
No refunds or exchanges for any ticket purchases. This event will happen rain or shine. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, you will be notified by email. If an event is cancelled you will receive a full refund. If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event, or you may receive a full refund if that date is not available for you. For rescheduled events, you must request your refund prior to the original date of the event.
What are acceptable forms of identification?
Drivers License, state issued ID, and passports are all valid forms of identification.

Are promotional codes available?
Sometimes a variety of codes are posted using social media, emails blasts, or digital ads. Codes cannot be used for an already existing purchase or retroactively.
I have already purchased my ticket, can I apply a discount code?
All discount codes must be entered during the purchase of the ticket, and cannot be applied to past purchases.
I can’t find my ticket, can I get in using just my ID?
No, you need your printed or mobile ticket to get in.

Do prices increase?
Yes, prices increase as time gets closer to the event.

What is included as a vendor?

This is on a case by case basis, depending on attendance and venue size.
